1. General
By confirming a booking with Vienna Day Trip, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions regarding cancellations, amendments, and refunds.
2. Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
3. Late Cancellation
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, Vienna Day Trip reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the total booking amount.
4. No-Show Policy
A booking will be considered a no-show if:
the customer does not arrive at the agreed pickup location within the included waiting time,
the customer cannot be reached via the provided contact details,
or the customer leaves the pickup location without informing the driver.
In such cases, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
5. Airport Transfers
For airport pickups, flight arrival times are monitored when valid flight details are provided. Flight delays will be accommodated reasonably and without additional charges whenever possible.
6. Custom Tours & Long-Distance Services
Deposits or advance payments made for custom tours, multi-day trips, hotel reservations, event tickets, or third-party services may be non-refundable.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
8. Booking Amendments
Any changes to bookings, including pickup time, route, vehicle type, or passenger details, are subject to availability and confirmation by Vienna Day Trip.
9. Force Majeure
Vienna Day Trip shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic disruptions, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
